1/2 pints milk
1 pinch nutmeg (optional)
30g mild cheese grated
1 tbsp semolina heaped (or ground rice, for a gluten free version)
1 handful frozen or fresh vegetables of your choice
- Mix semolina and milk in a small pan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
- Add the vegetables and simmer for a few minutes to heat through.
- Stir in the cheese and nutmeg (if using), allow cheese to melt then put in a bowl.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
