Breadcrumb parsley omelette

  • 1 handful parsley chopped

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tbsp butter (for frying)

  • 1 handful fresh white breadcrumbs


  1. Melt butter in an omelette pan.
  2. Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a small bowl until mixed, then pour into the pan.
  3. When the omelette is partially set, scatter over the breadcrumbs, parsley and season well with salt and pepper.
  4. Fold the omelette over and cook a minute or two more, until ready to to serve.

    hi. Everything is very beautiful. But! No information on organic products. For example organic olive oil. In this fine meal? Would not it be good? I give you an address where you will be able to see organic products.

    Meant to say lots of filling is better then less. Recipe from a spanish friend.
