2 eggs

1 bag salad leaves

2 fresh tuna steaks

1 jar black olives

1 handful new potatoes

1 handful Greek yoghurt

2 tbsp French dressing
Method
- Boil eggs for 6 minutes, steam green beans over the eggs. Set aside and allow to cool. Boil potatoes for 10 minutes
- Mix the salad leaves, green beans, potatoes and olives in a bowl/plate. Quarter the eggs and arrange on top of salad.
- Griddle the tuna steaks for a few minutes (to taste but be careful not to overcook ) on each side and place on top of salad.
- Serve with a drizzle of French dressing.
