  • 1 pinch salt and pepper (for frying)

  • 6 salmon fillets

  • 2 leeks

  • 500g frozen prawns

  • 1 tsp butter (for frying)

  • 500ml creme fraiche


  1. Melt a little butter in a large wok-style frying pan.
  2. Cut the leeks into circles and gently fry them (you could also add an onion if you wish).
  3. Cut the salmon fillets into cubes, fry them gently then add the prawns.
  4. When the prawns are cooked add in the creme fraiche and let it bubble for 5-10 mins.
  5. Serve with mashed potato.
