  • 1 onion chopped

  • 300g chicken cooked, chopped

  • 1 courgette sliced

  • 170g pasta blanched for about 3 minutes

  • 1 jar passata

  • 200g garlic and herb cream cheese extra light

  • 1 handful mushrooms sliced


  1. Fry the onion and the mushrooms, add the courgettes and the chicken and any other veg you are using and cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the cream cheese and stir until it's all melted through the veg, stir in the blanched pasta, and pour on the passata. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Pop in a 180C oven for 45 minutes - serve with salad.
