  • 250g sugar

  • 250g flour

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tbsp aniseed


  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Arrange by teaspoonfuls on the cookie sheet, but be sure to leave enough room that they can expand.
  3. Then you can either dry them for 24 hours before baking them (this way the cookies become hard) or bake them right away. Bake for about 10 minutes.
