Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp chilli powder (or curry powder, or paprika)

1 celeriac peeled
Method
- Cut the celeriac into thumb-thick slices and then into fat chips.
- Add the oil, curry powder or chilli powder and sea salt. Toss until well coated. Use more if needed.
- Spread the chips over a large, heavy baking sheet, leaving plenty of space (you may need 2 sheets). They take 30-35 minutes to cook, so put them in the oven at 230C/210C fan/Gas Mark 8.
