2 tsp tomato puree
4 slices salami
1 handful grated Parmesan
2 rice crackers
- Preheat grill.
- Spread tomato purée evenly on one side of each of the rice crackers. Top with salami and parmesan, and/or any other toppings.
- Grill until cheese melts and the edges of the rice cracker are slightly browned.
Spread an extra layer of tomato purée on top of the salami if you are a tomato fan!
