  • 2 tsp tomato puree

  • 4 slices salami

  • 1 handful grated Parmesan

  • 2 rice crackers


  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Spread tomato purée evenly on one side of each of the rice crackers. Top with salami and parmesan, and/or any other toppings.
  3. Grill until cheese melts and the edges of the rice cracker are slightly browned.

Handy Hint

Spread an extra layer of tomato purée on top of the salami if you are a tomato fan!
