  • 230g self-raising flour

  • 340g sugar

  • 340g golden syrup

  • 340g margarine

  • 230g rolled oats

  • 230g breadcrumbs


  1. Melt the first three ingredients and mix in the rest. Do not boil.
  2. Put in teaspoons on a non stick baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 150C for 10-15 mins until golden.

Handy Hint

I make a big batch because they go quickly. Crumbs can be stale
