  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 130g porridge oats

  • 30g mixed seeds

  • 115g butter or margarine for dairy free

  • 70g sugar substitute


  1. Mix oats, seeds and sugar substitute. Gently melt butter in pan and add honey.
  2. Pour melted butter and honey over oat mixture and mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Put mixture into small greased baking tin and pat down firmly.
  4. Put into a pre-heated oven at 190C and leave for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Cut into squares or shapes while still warm and leave to cool.
  6. Store in an airtight contain if there are any left!
