  • 2 tbsp curry powder

  • 1 pint chicken stock

  • 1 chicken

  • 4 chicken stock cube

  • 400g pasta


  1. Boil a full kettle of water and add it to a large saucepan then add four chicken stock cubes and chicken stock.
  2. Add salt and pepper (just add pepper according to taste).
  3. Add the curry powder (any powder is suitable).
  4. Next, use any part of the chicken (I prefer breast), just pull off or shred, and add to the water mixture.
  5. Bring to the boil.
  6. Add the pasta and simmer until pasta is cooked.

Handy Hint

There you have the most wonderful and truly tasty chicken pasta, could be called a soup or a pasta dish.
Add more curry powder if you like things spicy, same goes with the pepper.

    This is a very simple recipe, and is very cheap to make. I use the chicken and stock that's left over from a roast. My kids and hubby love it too!!
