  • 1 yellow pepper sliced

  • 4 chicken breast or thighs, or legs

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tin tomatoes

  • 2-3 cloves garlic chopped

  • 1 chorizo sliced

  • 2 medium onions chopped

  • 1 handful black onions


  1. Add chopped onions and garlic to a pan and cook until soft.
  2. Add the chicken and once browned, add the sliced pepper, black olives, chorizo, tinned tomatoes and season to taste.
  3. Stir, place on the lid and put in the oven for at least 1 hour on about 150/160C. Serve with long grain rice - delicious.

Handy Hint

Keep giving the dish a stir when it is in the oven - add more paprika if you like it 'smoky'.
