  • 85g butter

  • 2 tbsp golden syrup

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 170 gs digestive biscuits crushed

  • 175 gs Maltesers half crushed/half whole


  1. Melt the butter and syrup together in a pan, stir in the cocoa powder.
  2. Add the crushed digestives and crushed Maltesers, allow to cool just slightly then add the whole Maltesers.
  3. Put the mixture into a tin (I use a loaf tin) and chill in the fridge for about 2 hours.
  4. Once chilled remove from the tin and cut into slices.

Handy Hint

Line your tin with clingfilm as this makes it easier to lift it out once chilled.

    A quick & easy treat that will leave you wanting more. Definately NOT the lighter way to enjoy chocolate!
