  • 1 chicken cooked; cut up small

  • 1 tin sweetcorn

  • 500g puff pastry one packet, thawed

  • 1 eggs beaten, optional

  • 1 bag bread sauce mix


  1. Make the bread sauce as per instructions on back of packet, and add the tin of sweetcorn.
  2. Stir in the small pieces of cooked chicken.
  3. Put into an oven-proof dish, place puff pastry on top and brush with some beaten egg or milk if you like.
  4. Bake in oven at 190C/Gas Mark 5 for about 30 minutes.
