Cranberry sauce

  • 200g sugar

  • 1 orange juiced and zested

  • 120ml water

  • 450g fresh cranberries


  1. Wash the cranberries. Cook everything uncovered over medium heat until most of the cranberries pop open and the mixture is somewhat thickened, about 5-10 minutes.
  2. Let cool and then refrigerate.

Handy Hint

You might want to add some blanched almonds to to this.
