  • 130ml milk

  • 255ml plain yoghurt

  • 3 fresh mangoes stoned and sliced


  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into glasses, and serve.

Can be refrigerated for 24 hours.
