  • 2 chicken breast

  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 egg whites

  • 25g breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt


  1. Heat the oven to 200C.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder and garlic salt in a flat dish. Whisk together the egg whites and vinegar in another flat dish.
  3. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  4. Dip the chicken into the vinegar and egg white mix, then the breadcrumbs.
  5. If you like it extra crispy, dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in the egg mix, then the breadcrumbs.
  6. Press the bread crumbs in. Lay the chicken pieces on the baking sheet, spray with the cooking spray, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
