  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 sweet potato

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp rosemary

  • 1 clove garlic crushed


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Peel the sweet potato and chop into wedges or chip shapes.
  3. Chuck in bowl with tablespoon of oil, crushed garlic, rosemary and pepper. Shake to coat.
  4. Tip onto a baking sheet and place in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Give a shake every 10 or so minutes to stop from sticking.

    Great blw food. Can be prepared a few hours ahead, or even the night before and stored in the fridge until cooked.
