  • 4 chicken breast

  • 3 tsp green pesto heaped

  • 250ml creme fraiche


  1. Cook chicken breasts in the oven at 180C for about 20 minutes basted in a little olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper.
  2. Meanwhile in a small saucepan, mix the pesto and creme fraiche together and heat gently for about 5 minutes.
  3. When the chicken breasts are ready, serve with generous amount of pesto sauce and rice and salad.

    This is really easy and tastes great, very impressive.

    This is sooo quick and easy and people always think it's taken hours to prepare! A great store cupboard standby. Can be used with any left over cooked meat too stirred into the sauce. Also lovely with salmon. If you want to be really lazy serve with Tilda's brown basmati rice that cooks in 2 minutes in the microwave.
