  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1 bowl cabbage cooked

  • 1 bowl mashed potato


  1. Simply mix together your leftover mash and cabbage, together with the chopped onions.
  2. Fry in a large frying pan until it goes brown and crispy on the bottom, then turn over and fry on the other side.

    Very easy way to use leftovers, but a real comfort food.
