1 chicken breast
3 tsp curry powder
1 eggs whisked
1 handful sesame seeds
- Slice the chicken breast into goujons.
- Dip in a cup of flour mixed with curry powder.
- Dip in whisked egg.
- Roll in sesame seeds to cover.
- Place on baking tray and cook at 230C for about 20 minutes.
- Serve with a dip and carrot stick (eg low sodium soy sauce mixed with sesame oil).
