  • 1 tsp redcurrant jelly (per steak)

  • 1 lamb shoulder or leg steak per person

  • 1 tsp mint sauce (per steak)


  1. Smear 1 tsp each of redcurrant jelly and mint sauce onto each steak and leave while you're preparing potatoes and vegetables.
  2. Best grilled in a dish to catch the lovely sticky juices and with a few charred bits around the edges.
