  • 1 onion sliced

  • 6 potato peeled and sliced

  • 1 pint vegetable stock

  • 1 bay leaves

  • 1 thyme

  • 4 carrot peeled and sliced

  • 350g Quorn pieces one pack


  1. Spray casserole dish with Fry Lite, lay half the potato slices on the bottom, then sprinkle the carrots, the onions, the Quorn, thyme and seasoning to suit taste and lay a bay leaf on top.
  2. Use rest of the potato slices to cover the top, spray with Fry Lite and pour the stock into the dish.
  3. Place in oven, 180C for 75 minutes, then remove the lid for another 30 minutes.
  4. Remove bay leaf and serve hot. Lovely!

    Very easy to prep. It was tasty but I prefer thicker sauces. My 2 Yr old son ate it all. We added extra veg as a side to give it more colour. I would make it again and probably put my own twist on it. But I do that to alot of recipes 😂
