  • 200g cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

  • 1 handful fresh coriander

  • 1 bag tortilla chips (to serve)


  1. Spread the cream cheese over the base of a plate (about a cm deep).
  2. Pour on a thin layer of sweet chilli sauce. Cover with chopped coriander.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
