Cheesy potato tops

  • 1 tbsp cream cheese

  • 1 handful sweetcorn (optional)

  • 1 handful cheese grated

  • 1 slice ham or bacon

  • 1 baking potato


  1. Bake the potatoes in the oven in their skins.
  2. Mix cream cheese with chopped up ham, pepper and sweetcorn if required.
  3. Split in half when cooked and spread with the cheese mixture, sprinkle with grated cheddar and put into bake in the oven until brown on top.

Handy Hint

Yummy with salad or baked beans.

    this is great for tea as potatoes can be put in oven early on and then just top when required. Veggies can have it without the bacon
