Ingredients

225g self-raising flour

340g sugar

510g golden syrup
-
340g margarine
-
225g rolled oats
-
225g breadcrumbs or cake crumbs

55g sultanas
Method
- Melt margarine, sugar and syrup together in a saucepan. Do not boil.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
- Put in teaspoonfuls on baking parchment or a good non-stick sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes at 150C.
Handy Hint
I always double the recipe, they go fast.

You can use up stale cake crumbs and stale bread. So it is super ecconomical
