  • 100ml milk

  • 1 pinch cinnamon

  • 2 handfuls porridge oats

  • 1 handful sultanas


  1. Put all the ingredients in a microwaveable bowl and microwave until bubbling.
  2. Add a little more milk to loosen, or puréed apple.
