  • 300ml milk

  • 1 pinch black pepper

  • 1 leek

  • 1 bay leaves

  • 2 handfuls rice

  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes

  • 2 undyed smoked haddock fillets

  • 1 tbsp butter


  1. Grease an ovenproof dish. Place the fillets in skin side down. Chop the tomatoes in half and scatter on top. Chop the leek into rings and scatter.
  2. Add milk and bay leaf. Grind pepper on top.
  3. Chop the knob of butter up and dot over the fish.
  4. Loosly cover with foil and bake in a hot oven for 40 minutes. Serve with rice.
