Ingredients

1 pinch pepper

100g smoked salmon (trimmings are fine for this)

2 handfuls pasta (whatever you've got, but tubes are good)

225g fromage frais (we use crème fraiche if haven’t got it)

2 sprigs tarragon leaves chopped (or dried, in which case add 1 tsp)
Method
- Cook the pasta.
- Once cooked, add in a drizzle of olive oil and the tarragon. Next stir in smoked salmon and fromage frais until the salmon is warmed.
- Season.

It's budget if you use the trimmings but not if you don't!
