  • 1 tin tuna

  • 1 tin sweetcorn

  • 1 tin red kidney bean

  • 500g tricolour spiral pasta

  • 125ml French dressing


  1. Boil pasta as per instructions and mix with the drained beans, corn and tuna in a big bowl.
  2. Add the French dressing and stir through.

Handy Hint

Enjoy hot or cold.

If storing in fridge for later I prefer to add the dressing when ready to serve (eg in the individual bowls) otherwise the pasta soaks up all the dressing and the salad seems “dry” the next day.

    I've been making this salad for years and it's always been a success at Barbecues and parties as it's so quick and easy to make but also looks colourful and tastes great. My little one loves it too so I'm pleased because it's very healthy and good for him.
