  • 300ml stock or water

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 knob fresh ginger 4cm, peeled and finely chopped

  • 1 clove garlic peeled and chopped

  • 1 handful fresh coriander

  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes

  • 1 bunch spring onions finely chopped

  • 450g minced pork

  • 300g noodles or rice


  1. Gently fry onion, garlic and ginger in a bit of oil.
  2. Add the pork and brown it for a few minutes.
  3. Add the stock or water.
  4. Add the tin of chopped tomatoes and cook for around 10-15 mins.
  5. Finish with the soy sauce.
  6. Serve on noodles or rice and garnish with chopped coriander.

Handy Hint

You can cook noodles in the pot with the sauce, for last 3 mins.
