  • 4 tbsp golden syrup

  • 150g chocolate

  • 1 bowl cornflakes

  • 50g butter


  1. Melt the chocolate, butter and golden syrup together.
  2. Then, stir the cornflakes in, spoon into cake cases and leave to cool (or not if you want to eat them sooner).

Handy Hint

Can put mini eggs in as well to make Easter nests.

    These were the first cakes I made with my little girl when she was about a year old. Very messy but she loved stirring in all the cornflakes!
