Raspberry cornflake drops (aka 'blood biscuits' to the boys!)

  • 115g caster sugar

  • 140g flour

  • 1 handful raspberries crushed

  • 55g cornflakes crushed

  • 170g butter/marg


  1. Mix butter and sugar to a creamy texture.
  2. Add sieved flour.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add cornflakes, folding.
  5. Add raspberry squashy goo, folding.
  6. Dollop small heaps onto a greased baking tray and cook at 200C for around 15 minutes.

Handy Hint

You can microwave the raspberries to 'melt' them before adding to mixture.
