  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1/4 tins chopped tomato

  • 1/4 green pepper de-seeded and diced

  • 1/4 red pepper de-seeded and diced

  • 1 tbsp tuna (in spring water)

  • 1 pinch mixed herbs

  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste (to taste)

  • 1 handful baby pasta

  1. Soften peppers with oil in a pan for around 3 minutes.
  2. Add in the garlic and tuna and herbs and cook for a minute or so.
  3. Stir in tomatoes and cook down for around 5 minutes.
  4. In a separate pot cook the pasta in enough water to cover.
  5. Combine and serve!

Handy Hint

You can make a large batch of this to freeze and you can also remove the tuna and just make it as a base sauce to have in the freezer to go with chicken or just pasta!
