'Thou shalt go' fruit kebabs

  • 1 handful dried apricots

  • 1 banana or other fruit

  • 1 apples


  1. Cube fruits (except bananas obviously, just slice them) - big chunks is what you are going for. Do not slice dried apricots.
  2. Thread onto kebab sticks using apricots for both ends to stop the fruit sliding off in little hands. Serve to small constipated children with a large glass of water. Wait four hours, job done ; )

Handy Hint

Use nail clippers to snip off sharp end for little fingers.

    We all need a little help sometimes, even little ones. This gets them at least one of their five a day and also helps unbung a toddler in four hours or less. Hurrah! The apricots are full of iron too!
