Quick tandoori chicken

  • 4 tbsp oil

  • 3 tbsp natural yoghurt

  • 1 chicken chopped into 8-10 pieces

  • 2 tbsp tandoori powder

  • 1 tsp all spice


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, along with a pinch of salt and pepper, making sure all the chicken pieces are coated in the spices and yogurt.
  3. Transfer to the chicken to a roasting tin and cook for 45 minutes.
  4. Serve with chips.

Handy Hint

My creation red salt, mix 2 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of paprika, 1 tsp of cumin powder then fill salt and pepper jars.
