Fish finger fish pie

  • 1 tin baked beans

  • 5 fish fingers (to fit a pie dish)

  • 1 bowl mashed potato (to cover)


  1. Grill the fish fingers to make them crispy.
  2. Put them at the bottom of an oven-proof dish.
  3. Pour over some baked beans.
  4. Top with mashed potatoes.
  5. Pop in the oven for 20 minutes.

Handy Hint

Serve with some frozen peas.

    This is the quickest, yummies fish pie I know, I love it and so do my kids. It may not be haut cuisine but its quick, tasty and nutritious.
