  • 4 grapes

  • 1 satsuma

  • 3 tsp chocolate sauce (optional - for a 'sea' effect)

  • 2 banana

  • 1 apples sliced

  1. Slice an apple with your child carefully into semi circles approx 8 thin slices needed
  2. Then peel satsuma/orange and break into 8 segments
  3. Next, again making sure your child is helping, slice the bananas into 2 long pieces lay those one each of the 4 plates.
  4. Above them, gently put a piece of apple then orange then apple then orange again on a cocktail stick, place this as a sail on the banana
  5. To finish off, use a grape just above one of your four cocktail sticks, if you choose to use a dessert sauce squirt it under the banana boat as a wave!!

Handy Hint

Test fruit as you cut and prepare. This is a fun pudding that helped my son get into eating and enjoying fruit
