  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 200ml double cream

  • 1 tbsp cranberries (or another type of dried fruit, cherries, peaches, pineapple)

  • 200ml Greek yoghurt


  1. Gently mix equal quantities of cream and yoghurt, add dried fruit, cover with quite a thick even layer of brown sugar, refrigerate till sugar has caramelised on top.

Handy Hint

Nice made in individual dishes or glasses.
