1 slice ham or bacon
1 splash soy sauce
1 eggs beaten
1 handful frozen peas
1 handful quick-cook Basmati rice
- Put the rice onto cook per packet instructions (this can be also cooked in the microwave for extra speed).
- Grill bacon and chop into small pieces.
- Scramble egg in a frying pan.
- Add the bacon or ham, peas and cooked rice.
- Stir fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add a dash of soya sauce if you want and serve.
