  • 1 slice ham or bacon

  • 1 splash soy sauce

  • 1 eggs beaten

  • 1 handful frozen peas

  • 1 handful quick-cook Basmati rice


  1. Put the rice onto cook per packet instructions (this can be also cooked in the microwave for extra speed).
  2. Grill bacon and chop into small pieces.
  3. Scramble egg in a frying pan.
  4. Add the bacon or ham, peas and cooked rice.
  5. Stir fry for a couple of minutes.
  6. Add a dash of soya sauce if you want and serve.
