Salmon and spaghetti

  • 200g spaghetti (adjust depending on what is required)

  • 1 lemon juiced

  • 1 salmon fillets

  • 1 bag frozen vegetables


  1. Put your salmon fillet in the oven at 180C with a good squeeze of lemon juice and a small knob of butter, covered with foil to keep in the juices.
  2. Put your spaghetti on to boil.
  3. Cover the carrots or frozen vegetables and microwave according to pack instructions.
  4. The salmon should be ready at roughly the same time as the spaghetti - mash it a bit and stir it and all the butter and lemon juices into the spaghetti.
  5. Serve with vegetables.
