  • 1 onion

  • 1 tbsp milk

  • 1 block cheese

  • 4 slices bacon

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 block ready made pastry


  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Roll pastry out, line a quiche dish with it and cook partially for about 10 minutes.
  3. Cook the bacon and let it cool.
  4. Grate cheese and put in a mixing bowl, along with a chopped onion and cut cooked bacon.
  5. Add the eggs and stir well, add a little seasoning. Add a little milk stir again.
  6. Pour the mixture over partly cooked pastry.
  7. Put in the oven until the top starts to brown slightly and the centre feels firm to touch..
