  • 1/4l milk

  • 175g sugar

  • 275g flour

  • 125g butter

  • 150g single cream


  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Cover and leave to rest for 12 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 250C. Spoon the mixture into pre greased Madeleine cake moulds. Place into preheated oven. Cook for 45 mins.
