  • 6 tbsp golden syrup

  • 1lb white chocolate

  • 1lb milk chocolate

  • 1lb digestive biscuits broken into small pieces

  • 8oz margarine

  • 5 Crunchy bars chopped


  1. Melt the margarine, milk chocolate and syrup in a saucepan gently. Take off heat.
  2. Add biscuits and Crunchie pieces and stir well.
  3. Press firmly into a lined Swiss roll tin.
  4. Melt white chocolate and spread over top.
  5. Place in fridge to set and then cut into squares.

Handy Hint

You may like to keep them in a tub in the fridge as can become quite sticky
