I made this today ... followed the recipe exactly and I'm afraid to say it was a disaster! The loaf didn't set at all and ended up as just a mushy mess despite being baked for almost 2 hours. I am an experienced cake and bread baker so don't think it's me and it's not my oven either. Perhaps it was the All Bran!

This is great in assisting if anyone is having problems going to the loo. My kids can make this with very little help apart from putting into and taking out of oven as they can measure cups easily. You can use cup, mug, bowl whatever for measureing as it is all worked on the same measurement. Keeps for a week no problem so great to make at weekend and pop into lunchboxes or for brekfast on the run. Oh and my favourate with some butter on top...naughty but so nice.
