  • 3 chicken breast or 1 per adult and 1/2 per child

  • 1 milk or egg to coat chicken

  • 1 handful Crunchy Nut Cornflakes per chicken breast


  1. This is as straightforward as it sounds. Bash up the cornflakes with a rolling pin and pour them over a plate. Coat the chicken with milk or egg, and roll in the cornflakes until covered.
  2. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes. The Crunchy Nut Cornflakes give a lovely flavour.

Handy Hint

Cut the chicken into strips for smaller children. Crunchy Nut Cornflakes have honey in, avoid if your child is under 1.

    Nice and crunchy, looked good on the plate and I think it would work with plain cornflakes too.
