3 chicken breast or 1 per adult and 1/2 per child
1 milk or egg to coat chicken
1 handful Crunchy Nut Cornflakes per chicken breast
- This is as straightforward as it sounds. Bash up the cornflakes with a rolling pin and pour them over a plate. Coat the chicken with milk or egg, and roll in the cornflakes until covered.
- Bake at 180C for 20 minutes. The Crunchy Nut Cornflakes give a lovely flavour.
Cut the chicken into strips for smaller children. Crunchy Nut Cornflakes have honey in, avoid if your child is under 1.
Kids can help
