  • Some salt and pepper (to taste)

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 2 chicken breast cut into strips

  • 1 tbsp paprika


  1. Put the flour, paprika, salt and pepper into a bag.
  2. Add the chicken strips to the bag, then seal and shake the bag.
  3. Put the oil into a dish and roll the chicken gently in the oil.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve.

Handy Hint

Serve with mashed potato and carrots.
