Ingredients

284ml double cream
-
250 mascarpone cheese

200g milk chocolate
-
1-2 bags Maltesers roughly chopped
Method
- Melt 150g of the chocolate, then stir in the malteser pieces. 2. Gently stir the cream into the mascarpone then stir in the chocolate mix until just marbled.
- Spoon into small glasses and top with the rest of the chocolate, grated or shaved.
Handy Hint
I whip the double cream slightly before adding to the mascarpone to give extra thickness.

Very quick and easy to make, absolutely delicious. The maltesers can be substituted for a variety of other chocolate treats.
