Chicken with chutney and mustard

  • 100g chicken chunks

  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard

  • 1 tbsp mango chutney


  1. Mix the ingredients together in an oven-proof dish.
  2. Bake at 200C/Gas Mark 5 for about 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and has a few slightly crunchy edges.

Handy Hint

You can leave the mixture in the fridge all day or overnight and bung it straight in the oven when you're ready. Re-heats well in the microwave.
