100g caster sugar
1 bottle of mulled wine
- Put the sugar and water into a pan and heat through very gently, stirring all the time, until the sugar has fully dissolved.
- Add mulled wine.
- Put in the freezer until the mixture starts to freeze.
- Take out and mix well.
- Return to freezer until totally set.
If you want to save time, you can pour into freezerproof dishes, so it can be served straight out of there!
