Mulled wine sorbet

  • 100g caster sugar

  • 300ml water

  • 1 bottle of mulled wine


  1. Put the sugar and water into a pan and heat through very gently, stirring all the time, until the sugar has fully dissolved.
  2. Add mulled wine.
  3. Put in the freezer until the mixture starts to freeze.
  4. Take out and mix well.
  5. Return to freezer until totally set.

Handy Hint

If you want to save time, you can pour into freezerproof dishes, so it can be served straight out of there!
